I like checking out the Uncrate website every once in while to see what crazy consumer products they have featured. From oddly shaped bookshelves to some cutting edge technology, it does a good job of displaying a wide variety of products, most of which are way out of my price range, but it’s interesting to see what is available. It may even provide some good gift ideas for people you know (My birthday is April 21st — just FYI).

One of the featured products today was something I wish I had a couple weeks ago during the heat wave. Mowing the lawn when it is 100 degrees outside isn’t the most pleasant idea, but with this invention, mowing the lawn is effortless and is even beneficial for the environment. The Husqvarna Automower uses hidden wires in your lawn to stay on track while you lounge in the shade drinking some ice cold water. Say no more to loud gas-powered mowers and getting grass clippings all over your legs while you mow. It’s all about an eco-friendly, relaxing mowing experience.

Now all I need is for an Autoweedwhacker and an Autoedger and then I can have a complete set.
